Големи благодарности за информацията! Благодаря и на колегите за допълнителните въпроси. Мисля че в общи линии се изясни ситуацията.
Ще помоля за още подробности
Не разбрах как стоят нещата с надуваемите лодки:
дали и за тях трябва регистрация, което би било странно;
или, за тях не се изисква регистрация, но се изисква да присъства собственика и всички да имат разрешение за риболов;
или не е разрешен риболова с надуваема лодка;
или друго, което не се сещам.
Още веднъж благодаря за отзивчивостта!

Аз лично съм виждал надуваеми лодки тип RIB с регистрация и номер, дори и малки такива.
не знам дали за всички е задължително.
моля, колегите, които живеят в Гърция да се включат и обяснят.
но съм абсолютно сигурен, че за да ловиш риба от лодка ти трябва разрешително за лодката, както и за ловящите риба в нея.

колеги в Гърция и най малката лодка за да влезе в морето законно трябва да има регистрация/иначе ако кост гарда няма настроение става опасно/ Най-лесния начин да регистрираш лодка в Гърция е тя да е била регистрирана в България,след което я сваляте от регистрация ичак тогава може да я регистрирате за риболов в Гърция. Но за мен проблема е някой да обясни как и къде се регистрира лодката в България , а аз ще разуча как става в Гърцищ и ще ви споделя

а за личен риболовен билет се искат 2 снимки лична карта и мисля около 35 евро /той важи за 2 календарни години,независимо през кой месец е издаден - от .../..../2010 до 31/12 2012. Ката се подават документи за подновяване 2 месеца преди да изтече

до 4,65 лодки в бг не се регистрират, да не говорим че няма контрол в морето така или иначе. А иначе на следния линк вижте каналния ред:

Колеги, благодаря ви много за отзивчивоста !!
Заинтерисувах се за риболов от лодка, защото от брега риболова ми се струва малко капризен , миналата седмица въртях спининга събото вечерта неделя и понеделник вечер сутрин и над вечер и само с въртенето си останах , което в крайна сметка не е лошо от спорна гледна точка ! Края на септември и той не беше силен от риболовна гледна точка (на втория ми риболовен ден задуха много силно и морето стана на кал), но поне удари имаше през първия и някакви уловени риби! В края на октомври по необясними за мен причини рибата (хищниците) я нямаше (залива гъмжеше от дребна риба), но ми направи впечатление, че нивото на водата много беше паднало и продължаваше да пада поне докато аз бях там!

EFFECTS OF PORT AUTHORITIES


For the following actions shall be directed to the relevant Port Authorities

. High Speed license.
; Lemvologisi new yacht?
. Money VHF.
. Mandatory insurance for high speed craft.
. Personal edition amateur license.
. Version recreational vessel fishing license.
. Replacement Machine.
Transfer of the vessel (between individuals).
. Delete vessel loss.
. Delete vessel for total destruction.
. Removal Machine.


HIGH SPEED BOAT OPERATOR LICENSE
To obtain a pilot license tests at high speed must submit the following documents. (See instructors).

1. Photocopy of identity card
2. Medical certificate or a certified copy of the license capacity of the car (all pages)
3. Sworn statement that he knows swimming is a resident of the jurisdiction of the Port Authority, has submitted another Port Authority documents for authorization and that the TIN indicated in the application are true and unique.
4. Three photos
5. Triplicate EKOEMN 3 €

7. 44,02 € for printed patent



LEMVOLOGISI NEW VESSEL
You should attend the nearest port authority in your area, fill in an application having the following documents.

1. Title to the boat (invoice)
2. Title machine (invoice)
3. Maximum continuous power (official list of manufacturer or certificate)
4. Manufacturer Certificate (Register of Shipping, a manufacturer of similar vessels or diploma, graduate engineer)
5. Certificate CE - Declaration of Conformity - Compliance Statement
6. Photo board
7. Two photographs Owner
8. Triplicate EKOEMN 3 €
9. E.D.N.1599/86
10. Statutory declaration that neither the boat nor the engine are listed in VEMS other Port Authority and that the TIN indicated in the request is real and unique.

: Immediately upon the registration of the vessel is issued a Permit to Operate for the issue which needed:

1. Solemn statement that the vessel has all the planned stores pertaining operation voyages are in satisfactory condition and has no expiration date of validity.
2. Photo Owner
3. Triplicate for M.T.N. τριών 3€ three 3 €
4. Tetraplotypo to LA δεκατεσσάρων και εξήντα επτά (14,7)€ fourteen sixty-seven (14,7) €

The License to Operate for amateur craft for four years from the date of filing of documents.
It is therefore every four years before the expiry of renewed.


MANDATORY INSURANCE HIGH SPEED BOAT
According to Law 2743/99 every cruiser must be secured for the following:

Civil liability for deaths and injuries of occupants and third collision, accident or any other cause. The insurance amount will be determined 293.470,29 €

Liability for damage to property and third occupant from impact, collision, sinking, or otherwise. The insurance amount will be determined 146.735,14 €
Prevention of Marine Pollution.
The insurance amount will be determined 88.041,09 €


VHF MONEY
If the owner wants to have a VHF should do the following actions.

A. Contract with ekkatharistria company (eg OTE). You must have:

1. VHF purchase invoice which will show the serial number of the machine.
2. The book voyage of the vessel
3. A recent account of OTE
B. . Application to the Port Authority who is the board providing documentation. the purchase invoice of VHF with full details of the device and providing a copy of the contract with ekkatharistria company.
C. It is a service mark of the YEN / YEN AND DPNA 4 / CQAF for a Distinctive call sign
D. After the granting and recording of call sign the portion lemvologiou or VEMS signal is the same services for the verification of the vessel and owner.



AMATEUR VERSION LICENSE BOARD
If you wish to fish from the vessel must be licensed with the following documents:

1. Application for such license
2. The applicant must hold an individual recreational fishing license.

4. Duplicate collection DOY 29,35 € for the rowing boat and motor up to ten (10) horses. For machines over ten horsepower increases 1,47 € fee for each horse, for more than ten horses. for motor boats have 115 horsepower 29.35 + (115CH1, 47) = 198.40 €

6. Photo of owner.

AMATEUR PERSONAL EDITION FISHING LICENSE
Each fishing should be equipped with a fishing license.
Excluded only those who fish from the shore line or pole.
For snorkeling individual fishing license required.

1. Request for individual fishing license

LEMVOLOGISI VESSEL (from DIY)
1. 1. When it comes to craft manufactured by the same owner, unless the above documents and place of purchase invoice board needs:
2. Affidavit of the owner of a Magistrate or a notary certified by the WHO to be attached, stating the DIY board, construction material, year and place of construction, dimensions and other features.The affidavit accompanied by invoices or receipts of purchase materials needed for construction.
3. Certificate of manufacturer (classification society, a manufacturer of similar vessels or graduate diploma or a naval architect.
Immediately upon the registration of the vessel is issued a Permit to Operate for the issue which needed:
1. Solemn statement that the vessel has all the planned stores pertaining operation voyages are in satisfactory condition and has no expiration date of validity.
2. Photo Owner
3. Triplicate for M.T.N. τριών 3€ three 3 €
4. Tetraplotypo for LA fourteen sixty-seven (14,7) €
The License to Operate for amateur craft for four years from the date of filing of documents.

TRANSFER BOARD LEMVOLOGIMENOU
If the owner wants to transfer the already lemvologimeno vessel to another owner you need the following documents.

1. Request by the purchaser in duplicate.
2. Private contracts between buyer and seller, endorsed the authenticity of signatures and endorsed by WHO regarding the stamping of.
3. If the vessel is greater than 5 meters or certificate required by ISG of the seller, stating that the tax return.
4. Three photographs buyer
5. Certificate of non-debt port charges, the vessel berthed in Public Public spaces ports.
6. Solemn declaration by the purchaser stating that the vessel has all the planned stores pertaining operation voyages are in satisfactory condition and has not passed the expiry date and that the TIN indicated in the request is real and unique as it is inscribed belonging to the WHO.
7. Since changing ownership to 100% replace the Permit to Operate board on request of the owner and triplicate for M.T.N. three (3) € if the vessel was not equipped with a Permit to Operate, a Certificate of manufacturer (Register of Shipping, a manufacturer of similar vessels or diploma, graduate engineer)
8. If a mortgage is registered you need the consent of the Bank.



REPLACEMENT ENGINE
The replacement engine in lemvologimeno vessel required:

1. Request Duplicate asking respectively installing the new and deleting the old (the one submitted to the concerned WHO)
2. Affidavit that the vessel is registered in VEMS other Port Authority and that the TIN and the WHO stated in the request is real and unique.
3. Proof of purchase (invoices, retail, retail receipts, cash machine receipts) for the new machine.
4.Official list of the manufacturer or a certificate thereof, or a copy or extract a list of the authenticity of which confirms the manufacturer. The authenticity of the copy of the certificate or extract or list and confirming the seller (if the machine is new).
5. Confirmation of Greek society or laboratory of higher education (if the machine is used).
6. If the machine existed in another vessel lemvologimeno, only the invoice or private agreement that will get the file board certified by the Port Authority recording.
7. Lemvologia deleted from the old machine and returned the invoice to the person if he wishes.



DELETE MACHINE
If the owner wishes to delete the machine from Lemvologia or VEMS needed:
1. Request duplicate requesting the removal of the machine (the one submitted to the competent tax office)
2. Certificate or a certificate from the Tax Office that the person concerned has declared on tax returns.
3. Lemvologia deleted from the old machine and returned the invoice to the person if he wishes.



DELETE FROM VESSEL LEMVOLOGIO The VEMS
If the owner wishes to delete the vessel from the VEMS Lemvologia or total destruction by fire or other cause or after dipping, you must:

1. Request owner authenticated signature and in common ownership applied for all owners.
2. Affidavits two (2) witnesses in magistrates' court or a notary public on the destruction of the vessel, time, place and causes of the disaster. If proven no witnesses, because the conditions under which destroyed the vessel can be accepted only in an affidavit that the owner or all owners if there is joint ownership.
3. Certificate or a certificate from the tax office of the person that has said the tax return.
4. If the vessel has produced VHF license and certificate of ekkatharistrias company.
5. Certificate of non-debt port charges, the vessel berthed in Public Public spaces ports. If not submitted a declaration from the seller.



ERASE BOARD FOR LOSS
If the owner wishes to remove a vessel loss and lack of news for at least one (1) year is needed:

A. Solemn Declaration on the owner's loss and the time, place and circumstances of loss (cut from the berth due to weather conditions, theft, etc.)
The Port Authority shall register the column of that book comments on the record and after a period of longer than one year of registration may be required to delete from the owner submitted the following documents:
1. Request owner authenticated signature and in common ownership applied for all owners.
2. Certificate or a certificate from the tax office of the person that has said the tax return.
3. If the vessel has produced VHF license and certificate of ekkatharistrias company.
Certificate of non-debt port charges, the vessel berthed in Public Public spaces ports. If not submitted a declaration from the owner.
. By deleting returned to the Port Authority kept the VEMS Lemvologio or licenses to Operate and fishing if any, for loss of a sworn statement by the owner on the loss. Given by the Port Authority, the relevant certificate of cancellation, which shall WHO and the person (price 14,67 € €).

Колеги, като казвате "дори и да е с гребла" и "за всичко което е на вода"се изисква регистрация, да разбирам ли че в това число влизат и каяците или просто се изисква разрешение за риболов без регистрация на плавателното средство.
